Plagued by her afflicted husband, a buffoonish valet and a concupiscent courtier, she has come to the smoking room to isolate herself from the guests. Cigars, whisky, slapstick and remarkable acrobatics make up a turbulent love story. High society is shaken by a thousand twists and turns, and "the elephant in the room", tucked away in this decadent black atmosphere, takes up more and more space...

The four artists have mastered everything, from the set to the costumes, from the most perilous circus acts to the slightest hint of a plot that combines the eternal themes of love, friendship and the unspoken.
